About
The Roseben house is located at 3275 Roseben Avenue in South Oroville, CA. The house is a five-bedroom facility with three bathrooms. It is 2,751 SF situated on a 44 X 108 SF lot. In addition to the downstairs living room, there is also an upstairs living area. The kitchen has a large eating area. There are two laundry rooms. The facility can accommodate 12 beds.
The NCCDC Transitional Living Program is designed to help persons move toward self-sufficiency while residing in a positive, safe and supportive living environment. We provide an environment to recover from addictive behavior, counseling on drug abuse, living and relationship skills, complete education opportunities, preparation for meaningful employment, through a plan specific to each client’s personal goals.
As part of our Victory Village program, the facility will also be used as a clean and sober group home giving priority to disabled Veterans. www.victoryvillagevets.org.
